David has extensive experience in the management of strategic relationships and alliances with clients, subsidiaries and other organizations leveraging expertise, technologies, and intellectual property bringing to market new business and products. He is also responsible for corporate acquisitions and subsequent structural integration.

Ken brings more than 10 years of experience in designing and implementing network solutions for telecommunications providers, call centers, and businesses to Compass Consultants as well as 15 years in technology management positions which includes a thorough understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Ken has held multiple certifications with a strong understanding of advanced networking technologies and possesses operational and strategic planning experience for outside plant and inside plant design. He holds a Masters in Project Management, is one of the founders of ISSA North Dakota, a former Board Member and a current standing member of InfraGard North Dakota. Ken is currently an adjunct professor for the University of Mary’s Master in Project Management program while also facilitating undergraduate courses for the 2011-2012 school year.

Gregory’s 40 years of engineering and operations knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry has stemmed from his extensive career including positions such as a mechanical drafter to inspector, Resident Engineer, Design Engineer, Staff Engineer, Executive Vice President and CEO. With an exhaustive knowledge of RUS procedures and specifications, Gregory is also responsible for the planning, design, preparation of detailed plans and specifications, bidding, proposal evaluation, contract administration, and acceptance testing for: outside plant, central office switching, transport, access equipment, and IP and RF video systems. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. While actively involved in regional and national organizations, Gregory has also contributed several magazine articles and technical publications and conducted numerous technical presentations to industry groups.

Spanning the healthcare, financial, retail and telecommunications consulting industries, Jennifer's experience stems from her 20 years of experience in data network engineering, network operations and telecommunications. She boasts an intimate knowledge of USDA RUS procedures and related materials as well as regulatory compliance expertise with local, state, and federal agencies and experience with complex and unique project management and strategic planning skills. With a passion for environmental services, Jennifer is an exprt in the areas of environmental assessments, reports, questionnaires, surveys, and aviodance plans for the presrevation of sulteral resources and historical properties.

With expert knowledge in the planning, design, and preparation of detailed plans and specifications, Jared’s engineering experience in the telecommunications industry adds to the team of experts at Compass Consultants. Jared is a Registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota, is knowledgeable of RUS procedures and specifications and has strong experience in the evaluation of new technology and feasibility studies for the application of new technology. Working inside the bidding process, proposal evaluation and contract administration for potential clients, Jared also works with acceptance testing for outside plant, central office switching, access equipment, central office AC and DC power, and central office ground field design and auditing.

As the Network Consultant for Compass Consultants, Aaron’s experience in the telecommunications industry of over 10 years is a testament to the quality he brings to the organization. Aaron’s experience spans a wide array of areas such as network consulting for transport networks plans and specifications, switch implementation, transport circuit quotes and implementation coordination, and E-911 implementation. He also has experience in the design and drafting of HFC networks for CLEC and is proficient in AutoCAD LISP programming.

Dan has 23 years of experience in the Land Surveying and Drafting field and has managed a staff of over 60 full time drafting and land surveying employees in three offices throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. He has served as the Vice President of Land Services and Market Leader and has extensive experience in managing large scale transmission projects ranging from contracts with the Department of Homeland Security (GSA) to wind farm projects throughout the country. His knowledge and experience also includes serving as Chairman of the Minnesota Land Surveyor’s Foundation and President of Chapter 2 of MSPS. Dan has also had the opportunity to be an adjunct professor for M State in Detroit Lakes, teaching land surveying and CAD classes.

Mike brings 17 years of extensive outside plant experience to Compass Consultants, having gained his skills from various sectors in the telecommunications industry. His areas of expertise include system maintenance, system splicing and activation, repair and installation of customer services such as cable TV, telephone, high speed Internet, and special circuits across platforms such as FTTH, IP based systems, and copper and coax platforms. He is responsible for overseeing the Engineering Technician’s field work during the field design of the engineering process as well as the inspection of the actual construction process.
